Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas communities, including Duncanville, DeSoto, and Lancaster. You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based OT interventions to help children reach independence and improve daily functioning.

The role offers full-time and part-time options with clinician-led mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and a mission-driven culture focused on family support and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social skills
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in an EMR system
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community

• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
