Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Braintree is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services at our Braintree location. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at restoring independence for rehabilitation patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
