Job summary

Autism Care Partners is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts. You will assess and address functional needs across adaptive development, behavior, play and sensory, motor, and postural growth to improve daily activities at home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Master’s degree in OT.
• Licensed and registered to practice OT in MA.
• Experience working with children aged 2–21.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients to establish a plan of care.
• Conduct annual reevaluations.
• Develop long-term goals and update plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapy approaches.
• Implement client-centered sessions for daily activities.
• Submit daily progress notes and discharge summaries as needed.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain communication with therapy team, parents/guardians, and billing department.
• Supervise and provide feedback to COTA.
