Job summary

Qualifications

• MS in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active NYS Occupational Therapy licensure.
• NBCOT certification required/maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services per IEP/IFSP.
• Deliver services individually and in groups.
• Accurately document therapy time and progress.
• Obtain and upload required prescriptions prior to services.
• Complete required documentation within established timeframes.
• Submit attendance cards monthly to Administrative Assistant.
• Provide supervision/mentorship to COTA staff and OT students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues.
