Job summary

State of Oklahoma, through the Oklahoma State Department of Health, is seeking Occupational Therapists I–III for the SoonerStart program in Purcell. Part-time, temporary and hours may vary; provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers in natural environments, with level-based pay up to $37.02 hourly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy is required.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides early intervention services in child and family’s natural environment (home, childcare, park, etc.).
• Makes recommendations on standardized treatments/interventions based on developmental indications.
• Completes child assessments concerning developmental, educational, and social skills/abilities.
• Participates in family interviews and develops Individualized Family Service Plans.
• Produces and maintains records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervises Occupational Therapy Interns during fieldwork experiences.
