Job summary

LEE'S DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver therapy for children with developmental delays. The role involves in-home sessions and travel to families' homes to implement therapeutic plans aligned with IFSP goals.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in OT, an active state license, and at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with families and the Early Intervention Team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience requested.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and application in clinical care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, teams, and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and conduct in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' functional abilities and develop IFSP-based treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve physical, cognitive, and motor skills.
• Maintain records of contacts, progress toward outcomes, and reevaluations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with families and Early Intervention Team.
• Support families and train parents on strategies and home activities.
• Travel to families' homes and provide in-home OT sessions.
