North Texas Therapy & Home Care seeks a licensed occupational therapist to deliver pediatric home health services in the Dallas area. You will assess children aged 0–21, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support functional goals.

Responsibilities include selecting appropriate tests, documenting findings, educating families, and may supervise aides. A Texas OT license and pediatric experience are required; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college.
• Current Texas state OT license.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Clinical/Practicum hours completed.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients 0-21 years old, 2+ times per week, per physician orders.
• Define patients' impairment levels using appropriate tests and instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals for each patient.
• Plan and modify care to meet OT intervention goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients with training materials and in-service resources.
• May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
