Job summary

Therapy and Education Connections PLLC is seeking a clinic-based pediatric Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat toddlers, children and teens with developmental disorders and motor delays.

The role is full-time, 32–34 hours per week, in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic. North Carolina OT licensure is required; 1–3 years' experience preferred, new grads considered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with North Carolina licensure.
• 1–3 years of pediatric OT experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary clinic with a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat toddlers, children and teens with developmental disorders and motor delays.
• Address deficits in ADLs, writing skills, executive functioning and sensory perception.

Job description

The clinic-based pediatric Occupational Therapist at Therapy and Education Connections, will evaluate and treat toddlers, children and teens, with developmental disorders, fine motor/gross motor delays, deficits in ADL's, writing skills, executive functioning and sensory perception deficits. This full time position, is replacing a planned future vacancy, and will have 75% of the caseload already built, ready for an easy transition. 32-34 hours scheduled per week, in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation/habilitation clinic setting. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with a North Carolina License to practice OT effective on date of hire. 1-3 years of experience preferred. New graduates or those transitioning from adults to pediatrics, will also be considered.
