Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Kentucky occupational therapy license.
• Current NBCOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate pediatric patients.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy.
• Create treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help children and families work toward meaningful goals.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
