Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for our Lafayette, CA clinic. The role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and guiding home programs to support children and families.

You will also train interns, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to service delivery across a dynamic pediatric therapy team with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification/registration required.
• Licensed by the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a pediatric therapy setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document findings and manage discharge planning.
• Develop and implement home programs with perceptual, motor, and sensory strategies.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to interns and volunteers.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings, with potential to lead sessions.
