Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to serve Suffolk, NY, delivering pediatric therapy and evaluations in homes, clinics, and community settings. You will work within a collaborative team to help children reach their goals and support families with practical strategies.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong clinical supervision, and access to a paperless system. NYS OT licensure is required, with 1–2 years experience with children preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS OT licensure.
• 1–2 years with children birth–5 preferred.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy and/or evaluations for ages birth to 21 in natural settings.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to support carry-over at home.
• Work across homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics and community settings.
• Follow therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment, document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and laws.
