Job summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist or OTA to join our team in Hicksville, NY. You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function.

The position offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or per diem) with hourly pay of $65.00–$80.00, plus referral and Therapist of the Month bonuses. NYS OT license is required; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NYS Occupational Therapy License (Required)
• 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF (preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with clinical team for coordinated care
• Communicate with office staff, patients, and caregivers
