Job summary

Maxima Therapy seeks creative and committed Occupational Therapists to join our therapy team serving children birth to 3 years. The role involves in-home services with flexible scheduling, offering competitive pay up to $100 per hour, mileage and toys reimbursement, plus medical insurance, PTO, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include 1:1 in-home or community-based therapy, parent education, treatment planning, and timely progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Reliable car with auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.
• Immunization records, CPR certification, and negative TB test.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 treatment in clients' homes or community settings.
• Provide parent education, training, and support.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure quality of care.
• Develop treatment plans, take session notes, and submit progress reports.
• Supervisory opportunities to mentor COTAs.
• Opportunities to conduct assessments to establish the need for services.
• Maintain CEU and licensure requirements.
