Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist in Michigan to provide comprehensive evaluations and therapy for children with developmental needs.

You will design treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress across multiple settings, including telehealth when needed. Collaboration with families, staff, and other therapists is essential to support each child’s growth and goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Michigan.
• One year of experience with autism preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with adaptive equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and therapy in various settings.
• Develop treatment plans and outcomes for each client.
• Communicate results with staff and families; provide parent training.
• Collaborate with other therapists and team members.
• Submit daily progress notes and monthly Medicaid progress reports.
• May supervise a COTA and act as a resource on developmental skills.
• Adhere to confidentiality and LOGAN policies.
