Job summary

Tri-County Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team serving children from birth to 18 in South Carolina. You will diagnose, plan, and implement individualized OT programs across clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Pediatric occupational therapy focus and collaboration.
• Licensure required by the South Carolina Board (LLR).
• Experience with children 0–18 years and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized OT treatment plans.
• Identify equipment needs and assist families in obtaining them.
• Treat diverse pediatric diagnoses with minimal leadership oversight.
• Document SOAP notes, evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries.
• Instruct families on carryover techniques and home programs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/caregivers and educate families.
