Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC. is seeking Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our growing team in Greenville, South Carolina. Opportunities include both clinic-based and in-home therapy to support children across various developmental needs.

We value collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, comprehensive documentation, and flexible scheduling to meet family needs. A SC OT license is required; travel within the Greenville area is expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid South Carolina Occupational Therapy license.
• Pediatric OT principles and practices knowledge.
• Able to travel within the greater Greenville area for in-home therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans for children.
• Provide high-quality pediatric occupational therapy services to children with various developmental challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Develop and implement interventions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence.
• Deliver therapy in clinic and in-home settings, adjusting to each child’s environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional Pediatric Occupational Therapists for its growing therapy practice in Greenville, South Carolina! We are offering flexibility between our two clinic locations listed below:

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is a multidisciplinary therapy practice that provides in-home and in-clinic speech language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ABA therapy services throughout the Carolinas, with clinical offices located in Fort Mill, SC, Greenville, NC, Greenville, SC, Taylors, SC, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine individualized treatment plans for children.
• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental challenges and disabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for each child.
• Develop and implement effective treatment interventions to enhance children's fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall functional independence.
• Deliver therapy services in both clinic-based and home-based settings, adapting to the unique needs and environments of each child.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of South Carolina.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of pediatric occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Preferred minimum of one year of clinical experience; new graduates with a genuine interest in pediatric therapy are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to travel within the greater Greenville, SC area to provide in-home therapy services.
