Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Casual/PRN Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient coverage in Wilmington, DE. The role supports a busy pediatric therapy team serving ages birth to 17, with weekend coverage as needed and involvement in Birth to Three partnerships.

You will assess and treat pediatric patients, perform documentation, educate families, and coordinate care with clinicians and outside agencies, while adhering to HIPAA and program protocols.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• 3–6 months experience required; new grads considered.
• Delaware OT License required upon hire; compact licensure acceptable for primary licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient examination, evaluation, and intervention for pediatric inpatients and referrals.
• Complete documentation per department policy and accreditation standards (Joint Commission, CARF).
• Coordinate care with medical staff and outside agencies; educate parents/caregivers.
