Job summary

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy in Washington state is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-centered team. You will provide outpatient OT services for children aged 2–16, partnering with families to help them develop skills for everyday life.

The position offers enhanced compensation with potential revenue-sharing, 1:1 patient care, strong clinical mentorship, professional autonomy, and a comprehensive benefits package. New grads and experienced OTs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to practice in the state)
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks in a high‑stress environment

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services for children ages 2–16.
• Collaborate with families to develop skills needed for everyday life.
• Work within a pediatric population focusing on neuromotor, sensory, and developmental goals.
• Participate in a mentorship model and ongoing clinical growth.
