Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Master’s or Doctorate in OT preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric/neurodevelopmental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients using standardized assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including sensory integration and trauma-informed care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, psychologists, and care teams.
• Educate caregivers and coordinate care across services.
