Fraser seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team in Bloomington, MN. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized plans, and deliver therapy for children and adolescents, collaborating with BCBAs and ABA teams while ensuring quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current Minnesota license.
• Ability to pass DHS Background check.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable record; reliable transportation; metro area travel required.
• Eligible for membership in the appropriate national organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and re-evaluations within 30 days of the doctor’s order and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s order.
• Communicate progress to parents/guardians.
• Collaborates with BCBA and ABA practitioners.
• Coordinate with funding sources to assure reimbursement of services.
• Communicate program details to all involved and work with other disciplines.
