To support growth at our Minnetonka location, we are currently hiring in our Pediatric Therapy department. St. David's Center's Occupational Therapy program serves children ages 12 months - 12 years. Our OT's partner with speech pathologists and other providers to support children's functioning at home, school, and in the community. The techniques used are developed to elicit joy in play and support independence in daily activities.

The pay range for these positions starts at $74,900 - $91,700/annually depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). $5,000 Sign On Bonus) This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. St. David's Center is seeking a pediatric therapist to provide services in our Outpatient Pediatric Clinic and Autism Day Treatment programs. We are looking for a full-time float staff who can cover clients when staff are out on planned PTO for short or extended periods of time. In addition to supporting continued client care for staff absence the float OT would be responsible for evaluations and some ongoing clients on their schedule. A float therapist may be covering outpatient sessions, within the Autism Day Treatment Program or Family Place.
We provide outpatient services to a varied caseload including children with sensory processing and modulation difficulties, motor coordination disorders, autism spectrum disorders, attention and learning difficulties, regulation and behavioral challenges, and feeding difficulties.
