Rehab Resources is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support Johnson Creek and Dodge County clinics. Full-time or part-time positions with a four-day workweek option and evening hours are available.

You will join a therapist-owned and operated team dedicated to pediatric care and ongoing professional development. The role emphasizes collaborative care with families and school teams, with opportunities for growth within pediatric programs and a supportive work environment

Qualifications

• Accredited OT degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate).
• Wisconsin OTR license required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate children’s physical, sensory, and emotional development.
• Create and implement individualized pediatric therapy plans.
• Support fine motor, sensory regulation, and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams.
• Document assessments and progress in compliance with guidelines.
