You will conduct evaluations, plan individualized treatments, and coordinate with families and healthcare teams to achieve measurable goals. You will document progress and discharge notes while collaborating with families, care teams, and staff.

Occupational Therapist (Outpatient Pediatric)

Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy services, including comprehensive patient evaluations and individualized treatment planning. Establish therapy goals, deliver evidence-based interventions, and coordinate care with families and other healthcare professionals.
