Your Role as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Skills

As a Pediatric OT at CTN, you’ll deliver play-based, client-centered therapy focused on improving children’s motor, sensory, and functional skills. You’ll also:

• Collaborate with families and professionals to develop personalized treatment plans
• Create fun, engaging sessions that inspire growth and development
• Track progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for kids and a passion for making a difference
• Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting
