All About Speech & Language, a pediatric private practice in Tampa and Valrico, FL, is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a base salary starting at $70k, plus a productivity bonus and merit bonuses.

Enjoy built-in prep time, mentorship, and strong team support to focus on pediatric patient care. Our team provides a wide range of therapies and emphasizes family-centered care, with generous PTO (80 hours) and licensure/CEU reimbursements.

• Experience assessing and treating pediatric clients ages 18 months to young adults.

Immediate Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Occupational Therapist Position at our Valrico Office

• Flexible Schedule Options to choose from based on what works best for you

• Bonus Pay Program you have control over: upwards of $3,000-$8,000+ for Productivity above 27hours/week (based on a 40hr/week position) and extra PRN pay
