KidSHINE, a leading North Shore clinician owned and operated pediatric occupational therapy clinic, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team! We have an opening for a Part Time or a Full Time clinician. This onsite role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children while growing professionally in a supportive and fun environment. What You'll Do:
We're Looking for Someone Who:
·Licensed and Experienced:
oHolds a current OTR license in Massachusetts (dual license in NH a plus).
oMinimum 3-5+ years of experience as an OTR in a pediatric setting, including children with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
oProven experience with sensory integration, handwriting programs, strengthening programs, and primitive reflexes.
oHolds current CPR and First Aid certifications.
·Empathy and Commitment: Leads with empathy and a drive to generate creative activities for pediatric clients.
·Versatility: Thrives in a multi-faceted role, working with children in one-on-one sessions, school settings, and group programs.
·Individualized Learning: Recognizes and empowers each child's unique learning style to achieve motor milestones and functional independence.
·Growth Mindset: Seeks training, mentorship, and future opportunities for leadership within the team.
·Fitness Enthusiast: Interested in incorporating fitness into therapy sessions and group activities.
