Job summary

Little Steps Florida LLC is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to join our clinic in Palm Harbor with teletherapy options. You will provide engaging therapy for children, work within a multidisciplinary team, and help develop high-quality pediatric group programming.

Applicants must hold an active Florida DOH OT license, have pediatric experience, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, engaging therapy to the pediatric population.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of disorders within a wide age range.
• Maintain accurate documentation within a timely manner.
• Participate and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary practice.
• Communicate effectively and work closely with family members, caregivers, and doctors.
• Provide services in-person and via telehealth.
• Participate in and assist in development of high-quality pediatric group programming, if desired.
• Participate in team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
