Job summary

HHH Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a small, supportive team. You'll provide pediatric OT evaluations and treatments, helping children build independence across home, school, and community.

We value mentorship, collaboration, and continuing education, with a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu, 8am-6pm), competitive hourly pay, $2,000 sign-on, and benefits including health insurance, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in MN.
• Eligible for or current NBCOT certification.
• Pediatric experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment for pediatric patients.
• Address areas including fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, handwriting, activities of daily living, self-regulation, and functional independence.
• Educate families and caregivers regarding home activities, therapeutic strategies, and ways to support progress outside of therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Participate as a positive and collaborative member of the pediatric therapy team.
