Job summary

T&K Pediatric Services in Jamestown, North Dakota, is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to help children participate in home, school, and community activities. The role offers a four-day workweek, therapist-directed scheduling, and a supportive, collaborative environment with pediatric professionals.

You will evaluate and treat children with diverse developmental needs, educate families, and coordinate with PT, SLP, EI, and other care team members.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current North Dakota OT license or ability to obtain one.
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.

Your Role

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children of varying developmental needs and help them build skills that support participation at home, school, and in their community. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Completing occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Creating individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs
• Addressing areas such as fine motor development, sensory regulation, coordination, self-care, and functional skills
• Providing engaging, play-based therapy appropriate for each child's age and abilities
• Educating and collaborating with parents and caregivers
• Communicating and coordinating care with PT, speech therapy, Early Intervention, and other members of the care team
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches when needed

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current North Dakota OT license or ability to obtain one
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
• Organized, dependable, and committed to quality patient care
