Tri-County Therapy, LLC (“TCT”) is a pediatric therapy company that provides therapy services for children from birth to 18 years old. TCT’s mission is to provide quality therapy to children while building a diverse community of talent where each team member feels empowered to bring their unique differences to work and achieve their full innovative potential.

TCT offers a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. TCT has clinics located in the following South Carolina cities: Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville and Anderson. We also provide therapy in the natural environment, including homes, the community and preschools.

Full-Time:

• West Ashley/Charleston office & surrounding community (preschools & early intervention/homes) - Part-Time considered
• Ladson Office & Summerville community (preschools & early intervention/homes)
• Ladson Office & North Charleston community (preschools & early intervention/homes)

Part-Time:

• James Island/Johns Island community (preschools & early intervention/homes)

Future Opportunity

Options for Full-Time, Part-Time or Contractor: Mount Pleasant Office & surrounding community (preschools & early intervention/homes)

Our Leadership structure provides a direct manager for you and your team, as well as a Lead Occupational Therapist to provide clinical support, training, and documentation review.

Job Requirements:

• Must be actively licensed in South Carolina
• Sensory & Feeding experience are a plus!
• Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.

Full-Time Compensation Package:

Salary + bonus commission pay structure

Salaries range from $60,000-$85,000+ dependent upon experience and productivity
