Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN for two years; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license required.
• Two years RN experience in the specified area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operation of the assigned unit or area and ensures adherence to nursing standards.
• Manages and organizes the nursing schedule for the unit in line with productivity standards.
• Assists with training and mentoring new personnel and supervises nursing staff.
• Contributes to evaluations of nursing staff and participates in committees or councils.
• Demonstrates core standards of exceptional customer service.
