Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with at least two years of experience.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two years of RN experience in the specified area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operation of assigned units, ensuring nursing standards and initiatives are followed.
• Manages and organizes the nursing schedule for the assigned units per productivity standards.
• Assists with training and mentoring new personnel.
• Supervises nursing staff on the assigned units.
• Contributes to or performs evaluations of nursing staff.
• Serves on committees or project teams to improve patient care and service quality.
