Responsibilities

• Implements the College's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching and service to the College, community, health system and profession.
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students delivering care.
• Manages remediation for students as required and maintains knowledge of agency policies.
• Develops and posts written clinical assignments suited to students' knowledge and skills.
• Cares for and evaluates students, providing timely feedback on performance.
• May teach didactic content under supervision and keeps course coordinator informed of issues.
