Job summary

Flying Horse Farms seeks a Nursing Director to lead year-round nursing and clinical operations for campers and families. You will supervise staff, oversee WellNest, and recruit medical teams, while partnering with the Medical Director to ensure safety, quality, and unforgettable camp experiences.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with five+ years in pediatric care, active Ohio RN or Compact license, and strong leadership and collaboration skills. A hybrid on-site/off-season schedule is available.

Qualifications

• BSN in Nursing with at least five years of experience in pediatric care or leadership.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate clinical operations.
• Ohio RN License or Compact License and BLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round nursing and clinical operations for campers.
• Oversee WellNest facility and clinical readiness.
• Supervise seasonal and volunteer nursing staff.
• Recruit, train, and support medical teams.
• Partner with Medical Director and Camp Operations Team.
• Build trusted relationships with campers, families, volunteers, and partners.
• Ensure each camp session is safe, prepared, and unforgettable.
