Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development in classroom, lab, and clinical settings
• Use diverse teaching strategies to meet learner needs and outcomes
• Help students develop nursing practice and professional behaviors
• Assess and evaluate student learning across cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains
• Analyze assessment data to drive continuous course improvement
• Implement program outcomes (PSLOs) to guide curriculum and assessment
• Design and implement program assessments for quality improvement
• Participate in professional development to enhance faculty effectiveness
• Maintain current knowledge to prepare students for contemporary practice
• Align with Galen College of Nursing mission and NLN COE values
• Fulfill other responsibilities per state boards and accreditation requirements
