Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our outpatient pediatric team on the North Shore. You will lead clinical activities, build relationships with children and families, and contribute to a supportive work environment focused on work-life balance.

Responsibilities include triage, immunizations, immunizations, care coordination, and EMR documentation. MA license, BLS, and pediatric experience are preferred; expect a collaborative, family-centered

Qualifikationen

• Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with telephone triage preferred.
• Competency performing catheterization and common clinical procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a clinical leader within the care team and partner with providers to deliver pediatric care.
• Assess physical, emotional, and developmental needs of pediatric patients.
• Provide telephone and in-office triage for acute illnesses and injuries.
• Administer immunizations, medications, and other treatments.
• Perform in-office procedures such as blood draws and specimen collection.
• Educate families about diagnoses, medications, and preventive care.
• Coordinate care after ER visits and hospital discharges.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, assistants and front desk staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support quality initiatives.
