Job summary

Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our outpatient pediatric team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to children and families, support clinical operations, and help create a positive, family-friendly experience.

Enjoy a predictable four-day work week with one late evening each week and every fifth weekend, no overnight shifts, and a collaborative environment that values your contribution and growth.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN or LPN license is required.
• Minimum nursing experience; pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess pediatric patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Provide telephone and in-office triage for acute illnesses and injuries.
• Administer immunizations, medications, and other clinical treatments.
• Perform in-office procedures including blood draws and catheterization.
• Educate families about diagnoses, medications, and preventive care.
• Coordinate care after ER visits and hospital discharges.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and staff to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in QI initiatives.
