• BSN from NLNAC/CCNE-accredited program.
• Graduates must enroll in or have completed a BSN program within the past 12 months unless exempted.
• MEPN may substitute for BSN.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes and documents the nursing process for developmentally appropriate patient care.
• Provides care guided by the Professional Practice Model with preceptor support.
• Implements individualized care plans with patient/family education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
