Moon Valley Pediatrics in Avondale, AZ is seeking a compassionate Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with pediatric experience to join our well-established pediatric primary care practice in West Phoenix/Avondale.

This growing practice recently moved to a brand-new, larger office and plans to expand to a second provider within 6 months, offering long-term stability and opportunities for advancement in a patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited PNP or FNP program.
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain); new graduates welcome to apply.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care (CPNP-PC) certification preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills; warm, family-centered care.
• Proficiency with accurate, timely clinical documentation for compliance and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on health, wellness, and preventive care.
• Participate in periodic quality improvement projects sponsored by the practice.
• Collaborate with practice leadership as the clinic grows.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Moon Valley Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with pediatric experience (FNP-C) to join our well-established pediatric primary care practice in West Phoenix/Avondale, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving patient panel at a practice that is actively growing.

About the Opportunity

Our Avondale practice has served the community for 5+ years and was recently acquired by a North Phoenix-based pediatrician expanding pediatric care in the area. We're moving into a brand-new, larger office just across the road and expanding our clinic days. We anticipate continued growth in this area and expect to add another provider within 6 months, meaning strong long-term stability and room for advancement for the right candidate.
