Job description

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Pediatric-NP - Pediatric ICU | PICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant | Pediatric Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider - Locum


Locum Assignment with a premier medical center in the Dallas metro area as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Pediatric ICU, where you’ll make a real difference for children facing serious health challenges. This role is designed for an adaptable, compassionate provider ready to work in a high-acuity environment.

Why This Assignment:

  1. Flexible scheduling with 13-hour shifts across days and nights, including weekdays and weekends.
  2. Candidates able to commit to 6-9 shifts in a 4-week period.
  3. Exposure to a variety of critical pediatric cases, from asthmatics and DKA to chronic ventilator patients.
  4. Travel and expenses covered for all scheduled shifts.
  5. Opportunity to work with an esteemed team, in either Dallas or Plano.

About You:

  1. MSN, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Masters, PA-C with 1+ years of Pediatric ICU | PICU experience or similar high-acuity pediatric care.
  2. Must be certified in ACLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
  3. Current | active Texas license (NP or PA).
  4. Dedicated to providing empathetic, top-quality care to pediatric patients in critical condition.
