Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain or maintain required clinical license, certification, or training.
• Experience as an APP in a subspecialty preferred.
• Licensure and certification in accordance with CCHMC Delineation of Privileges.
• Multi-state licensure in addition to Ohio licensure may be required based on subspecialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical exams, assess and diagnose illnesses.
• Develop measurable outcomes and modify care plans as necessary.
• Maintain professional behaviors and participate in quality improvement.
• Document and communicate with the healthcare team effectively.
• Utilize ongoing evaluation to revise diagnoses and implementation.
