Job summary

Progressive Pediatrics in Hudson County is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for a long-term role with flexible full-time or part-time hours. You’ll work in Union City or Bayonne with established patient panels, exercising clinical autonomy while physicians are available on site for second opinions.

No RVU quotas or productivity targets, a small collegial team, and malpractice coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Active NJ APN license (or eligible).
• Pediatric primary care experience (10+ years).
• Pediatric or family NP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical autonomy in patient care with physicians on site for second opinions.
• Manage established patient panels; no need to build schedules from scratch.
• Work with flexible full-time or part-time hours across Union City and Bayonne.
