Job summary

Progressive Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for a long-term role in Union City or Bayonne, NJ, with flexible full-time or part-time hours. You’ll work in an established practice with autonomous patient care and on-site physicians for second opinions.

Enjoy patient panels, no RVU quotas, and a collegial team with malpractice coverage provided. Compensation ranges from $60 to $80 per hour, depending on the chosen schedule.

Qualifications

• Active NJ APN license (or eligible) in good standing.
• Pediatric or family NP certification.
• 10+ years of pediatric primary care experience.
• Flexibility for full-time (4-5 days/week) or part-time (2-3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical autonomy in patient care with physicians available for second opinions.
• Care for pediatric patients at Progressive Pediatrics in Union City or Bayonne.
• Operate in a practice with established patient panels and no RVU quotas.
• Choose your schedule and location with on-site support as needed.
