Community Medical Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, compassionate care for pediatric patients. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to promote preventive care and overall wellness.

This 30-hour-per-week role (Tue–Fri 3:30pm–9pm) offers a supportive team environment, comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, health coverage, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Active FNP or PNP license required.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Creole preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct annual wellness visits and comprehensive patient evaluations
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic medical conditions
• Prescribe medications in accordance with Florida regulations and physician collaboration requirements
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and test results
• Counsel patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle modifications
• Ensure patients meet appropriate medical admission and treatment criteria
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical documentation improvement initiatives
• Support utilization review and billing documentation processes
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, and other support staff
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and healthcare partners to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational policies regarding patient care, safety, and privacy
• Perform additional duties as assigned
