Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health in Orlando, Florida seeks a dedicated APRN to lead pediatric primary care within a collaborative clinical team. You will perform comprehensive exams, manage health and development, and provide evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents.

Responsibilities include prescribing medications, interpreting tests, promoting vaccinations, and coordinating care with specialists. A Florida APRN license and EMR proficiency are required; join a mission-driven practice focused

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing required.
  • Current APRN license to practice in Florida.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to pediatric care.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with physicians to provide pediatric care as part of the clinical team.
  • Perform physical exams, gather histories, and assess health and development.
  • Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions and conduct wellness exams.
  • Prescribe medications and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Educate families on preventive care and immunizations.
  • Coordinate care with other providers and refer when needed.
  • Document care and maintain compliant records.
