Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health in Orlando is seeking a skilled APRN to provide comprehensive pediatric primary care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in a collaborative care team. You will perform assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up, working with primary care physicians in a value-based environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing and an active Florida APRN license, with strong clinical and diagnostic skills and proficiency with EMR

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current APRN license to practice in Florida.
  • Experience in pediatric setting preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work within collaborative agreement with physician(s) as part of the Bluebird Kids clinical team.
  • Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, adolescents and young adults including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications as appropriate.
  • Educate patients and families, coordinate care and ensure regulatory compliance.

onBluebird Kids Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate APRN with a patient and family-first mindset for our Jacksonville offices. The APRN will provide comprehensive evidence-based healthcare to infants, children, adolescents and young adults including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. The ideal APRN candidate will work collaboratively with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, aligning with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure the highest quality of care for our young patients, in a mission-driven and value-based contracting environmen
