Responsabilités

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions to determine initial level of compliance with treatment plan.
• Evaluates patient responses to care, teaching, and discharge plans; documents progress.
• Ensures medication, storage and documentation standards are followed.
• Provides orientation to the unit and hospital systems for patients and families.
• Supervises care activities of assigned team members and provides feedback.
• Collaborates with care team and families to implement plans of care.
• Mentors students and new staff through training and knowledge sharing.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as requested.
