Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Hanford, CA provides 1:1 home nursing care. We are seeking an LVN to join the team for direct patient care in patients' homes with a manageable pace and consistent assignments.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with day, evening, and overnight shifts. You will work with pediatric patients and receive support from a local clinical and office team.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license and current BLS certification.
• Preferred 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
