Days: Wednesday 11p-7a; Thursday through Tuesday 10p-6a

Days: Monday through Friday
Shift: 1st shift; 8h shifts, flexible start time (prefer 8/9a)
Ideal Candidates will be expected to:
Follow an individualized home health plan of care
Monitor all aspects of a patient’s home health plan of care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient home health plan of care
Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
Maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications:
Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Valid AHA-BLS CPR certification (Infant, Child & Adult)
FBI and Child Abuse Clearances (provided by KidzCare, if needed)
Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (valid for 1 year), Chest X-ray (valid for 6 months), or Blood Test (upon hire)
At least 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN or willingness to participate in KidzCare's New Grad Training Program
