Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support student health in a school setting. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule and daytime hours, with weekly pay and a stable work environment.

You will assess and deliver nursing services under physician orders, maintain documentation, and collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to promote student well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Passion for providing high-quality care in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess changes in students' physical and psychosocial conditions.
• Collect, analyze, and document health information and nursing observations.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
